Another Tazlure avatar painting (I'm doing about three a day at the moment - this was done yesterday evening).

This one was a bit more tricky, mainly 'cause of the hair. She was supposed to look kinda nordic (very loosely based off Inga Savits, so some very general ref used (nothing direct)).

Got lots of feedback from the player this time; ended up making the eyes a touch bigger and messing with the mouth a little to make her less stern. The player was very "omg I'm so sorry if this is hard!!" not realising that I could do all that in under ten seconds. XD

I turned the hair blue (briefly) to illustrate just how easy that sort of minor editing is! Hah! XD

Annnyway. Corel Painter, blah-de-blah. Took about two hours.

You're cranking these out! Sheesh! You're like...superhuman. I'm lucky if I get one painting done a week! =p

Love the hair in this one...you've made great use of the vertical lines.

*laughs!* These are just quick sketches. Because they can be shrunk down small, I can get away with much less detail and 'finishing' than I otherwise would. I only spend about two hours on each one... any more is a bit of a waste, considering I'm only doing them for avatars. Good practice, though. :3
