This is my second WIP post for this one. Painting in some shapes, colourtesting, seeing how it reacts and where its going. I mostly let the paintings lead the way, after having a basic idea of what I want right off. Usually, they surprise me. (:

Woweeweewow. Coming along beautifully! I love the muted tones then the strands of colour in her hair. Lovely contrast with the white dress, as well. I'm going to have to watch you to see the final piece and other thing you create. :)

Hmm. -has another look- I'm not very good with fabrics - and also because it isn't finished; maybe create a bit of cling in the fabric against her left leg to show that there is still a leg there. Create a bit more volume.

Otherwise. It's wonderful. I'll give more input if you upload another WIP - just to see what you get done. :3

okay, thanks! Yeah, I was thinking the cling around the leg wasn't working. The dress is supposed to be linen. (bleh) But for some reason I'm painting it shiny. this is because, shiny is more FUN! >_< bad me. XD Anyway, the fabric will easily be the trickest part of this one. Thanks for pointing that out! You're a star. (:

*grins* but.... I want her to be realistic! XDXD Okay, I guess that's a preference thing, but I'll take a look at it anyways... the only part of the anatomy I'm having trouble with is that slice of skin in the stomach area. bleh. Oh, and the hand. which looked better in the sketch, and then loads of people were like "it's at the wrong angle, it looks awkward!" Looked okay to me. Ah well, that is what crits are all about, I suppose. XD
